I am thrilled to share that my textile art piece, “Sound of Silence,” won three awards at the Vic Quilters Showcase 2024, including the prestigious Runner-Up Best of Show. This recognition means so much to me and validates the hard work and passion poured into this piece and all my pieces.
You have time to see my polychromatic Lion art quit at the Craft and Quilt Fair on at Exhibition & Convention Centre until this Saturday 27th July 2024. Along with the Best of Show, Linda Crouch’s ‘A Magical Winter Garden’ which is simply breathtaking. Congratulations Sue. So pleased your work is being appreciated and rewarded. I was looking forward to catching up with you in Port Douglas next year until family got in the way. Doesn’t pay to be the stopping off point between Queensland and Tasmania. Are you doing any workshops closer to home next year? Love to go.
